Join Crow Wing Power and Northern Cowboy Flame N' Brew as they host Business After Hours on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 from 4:30 – 6:00 pm at Northern Cowboy Flame N' Brew located on Hwy 371 north.
Crow Wing Power (officially named Crow Wing Cooperative Power and Light Company) was begun in 1937 thanks to the formation of the Rural Electrification Administration (REA) by Franklin D. Roosevelt. Roosevelt realized that the nation’s goal of industrialization and modernization couldn’t happen if the majority of citizens didn’t have access to electric power. Crow Wing Power currently serves electricity to over 38,000 members in Cass, Crow Wing and Morrison Counties.
Northern Cowboy Flame N’ Brew is located just minutes from Brainerd/Baxter on North Long Lake, one of the area’s most prestigious lakes. They offer casual dining with a unique twist and set in what they call a “Modern Northern” atmosphere. Not only is their food fresh and exciting, but they also offer ever changing year-round promotions.
Everyone is invited to learn more about the Chamber and gain exposure for their business by attending this free event. Business After Hours attendees pass the microphone and introduce themselves to the group, so bring your business cards and get ready to network. Attendees are also encouraged to bring door prizes.
